>\n<p>\u63a2\u8a0e\u6d89\u53ca\u8abf\u63a7\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u661f\u5f62\u81a0\u8cea\u7d30\u80de\u4e2dDNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u6a5f\u8f49\u662f\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u904e\u53bb\u6578\u5e74\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u8ef8\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u8870\u8001\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u5931\u8abf\u548c\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u4e2d\u98a8\u7b49\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751fDNA\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u901a\u904e\u63d0\u9ad8DNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u6548\u7387\u4f86\u61c9\u5c0dDNA\u640d\u50b7\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u5b58\u6d3b\u3002\u958b\u767c\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4ea6\u5354\u52a9\u6216\u8207\u91ab\u751f\u5408\u4f5c\u767c\u5c55\u65b0\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u548c\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u8a66\u5716\u5c07\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u5927\u8166\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u4e2d\u98a8\u3001\u8840\u7ba1\u548c\u814e\u6027\u8a8d\u77e5\u75c5\u8b8a\u9818\u57df\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u7814\u7a76\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u6cbb\u7642\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\u3002 \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u795e\u7d93\u767c\u708e\u7684\u661f\u5f62\u81a0\u8cea\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u4e5f\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u7d93\u7531\u63d0\u9ad8APE1\u8868\u73fe\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u6c27\u5316DNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u6548\u7387<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/itrbm.org\/tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/APE1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1992\" \/><\/a>\u4e0d\u518d\u6709\u7d72\u5206\u88c2\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5206\u5316\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5176\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u7d93\u5e38\u6027\u8208\u596e\u6027\u96fb\u4f4d\u8a0a\u865f\u50b3\u905e\u3001\u9ad8\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7387\u548c\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u8f49\u9304\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u9ad8\u4ee3\u8b1d\u6d3b\u6027\u7522\u751f\u76f8\u5c0d\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u8cea (ROS)\uff0c\u5176\u53ef\u7834\u58de\u8102\u8cea\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u548cDNA\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7387\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u5176\u53d7\u5230\u6c27\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\u800c\u7522\u751f\u6c27\u5316\u6027DNA\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u6838DNA\u548c\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4DNA\u4e2d\uff0c\u6c27\u5316\u6027DNA\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u7d2f\u7a4d\u662f\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u6b63\u5e38\u8870\u8001\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cDNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u80fd\u529b\u5c0d\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u5b58\u6d3b\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002 \u9e7c\u57fa\u5207\u9664\u4fee\u5fa9\uff08BER\uff09\u9014\u5f91\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u4fee\u5fa9DNA\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7\u3001\u812b\u6c28\u3001\u70f7\u57fa\u5316\u548c\u55ae\u93c8\u65b7\u88c2\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5176\u6d89\u53ca\u591a\u7a2e\u9175\u7d20\u548c\u8def\u5f91\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982DNA\u7cd6\u57fa\u5316\u9176\u3001\u812b\u560c\u5464\/\u812b\u5627\u5576\u6838\u9178\u5167\u5207\u91761(APE1)\u3001DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u03b2\u548c\u9023\u63a5\u9176\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0cAPE1\u80fd\u5920\u7d93\u7531\u6c27\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u905e\u8cea(\u8c37\u6c28\u9178)\u3001\u8166\u6e90\u6027\u795e\u7d93\u71df\u990a\u56e0\u5b50\uff08BDNF\uff09\u548c\u985e\u6607\u7cd6\u7d20\u80dc\u80bd-1 (GLP-1) \u800c\u589e\u5f37\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8DNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u975eBER\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u4fee\u5fa9\u9176\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u6c27\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u3001\u8c37\u6c28\u9178\u3001BDNF\u548cGLP-1\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e0b\u6e38\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\u90fd\u671d\u5411CaMK-CREB\u6216Akt-CREB\u8a0a\u865f\u93c8\u4ee5\u589e\u5f37APE1\u4e4b\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u51faCREB\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u905e\u93c8\u70ba\u63d0\u9ad8APE1\u8868\u73fe\u548c\u6c27\u5316DNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u6548\u7387\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u4e2d\u98a8\u3001\u7672\u7647\u767c\u4f5c\u548c\u8a31\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u661f\u5f62\u81a0\u8cea\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u4e2d\u98a8\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a (penumbral area)
