class=\"tab_inner_content invers-color\"  itemprop=\"text\" >\n<h4><strong>VIM <\/strong><strong>\u4fc3\u9032\u816b\u7624\u7684<\/strong><strong> EMT-MET <\/strong><strong>\u8f49\u5316\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u79fb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u4e0a\u76ae\u9593\u8cea\u8f49\u5316 (EMT) \u904e\u7a0b\u662f\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u767c\u751f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u5728\u8a98\u5c0e EMT \u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5728\u5f62\u614b\u767c\u80b2\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cEMT \u6700\u521d\u662f\u6307\u4e0a\u76ae\u7ec6\u80de\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u5177\u8f49\u79fb\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u5f8c\u4f86\u7528\u4f86\u63cf\u8ff0\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u9032\u5c55\u548c\u8f49\u79fb\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u8f49\u5316\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u8def\u5f91\u5305\u62ec TGF-\u03b2\u3001Wnt\u3001Notch\u3001\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u63a5\u53d7\u9ad4\u3001\u767c\u708e\u56e0\u5b50\u548c\u7f3a\u6c27\u7b49\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d TGF-\u03b2 \u8abf\u63a7\u8def\u5f91\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f EMT \u767c\u751f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u767c\u751f EMT \u904e\u7a0b\u5f8c\u8f49\u79fb\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u805a\u843d\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cEMT \u904e\u7a0b\u5728\u816b\u7624\u8f49\u79fb\u4e2d\u6709\u8457\u4fc3\u9032\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u5728\u5176\u4fb5\u8972\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u524d\u7aef\u5c07\u901a\u904e EMT \u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u9593\u8cea\u578b\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u5468\u570d\u7d44\u7e54\u6216\u8840\u7ba1\u5167\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5728\u524d\u7aef\u5177\u4fb5\u8972\u6027\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u900f\u904e EMT \u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u8def\u5f91\u4f86\u5f71\u97ff\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u67b6\u91cd\u7d44\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u5c1a\u672a\u6e05\u695a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3 EMT \u904e\u7a0b\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u4fb5\u8972\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u5236\u5c07\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u85e5\u7269\u958b\u767c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Vimentin (VIM) \u7570\u5e38\u589e\u52a0\u662f\u764c\u75c7\u60e1\u5316\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6307\u6a19\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002VIM \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e2d\u9593\u7d72\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u67b6\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5728 EMT \u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cVIM \u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5f9e\u8cbc\u9644\u8f49\u8b8a\u6210\u79fb\u52d5\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0cVIM \u7684\u8868\u9054\u91cf\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u80c3\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u9810\u5f8c\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u816b\u7624\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u75c5\u7406\u7279\u5fb5\u53ca\u9810\u5f8c\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u722d\u8b70\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e VIM \u5728 EMT \u9032\u5c55\u4e2d\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u53ca\u5176\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u81e8\u5e8a\u764c\u75c7\u8a3a\u65b7\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/itrbm.org\/site\/tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/EMT.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2068\" src=\"https:\/\/itrbm.org\/site\/tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/EMT.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"221\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>VIM <\/strong><strong>\u8abf\u63a7\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u61c9\u529b\u7e96\u7dad\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u548c\u4fb5\u8972\u6027\u524d\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u8cbc\u9644<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u548c\u9ecf\u9644\u86cb\u767d (focal adhesion proteins) \u7684\u6392\u5217\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u79fb\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5275\u50b7\u7652\u5408\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u7d30\u80de\u5b58\u5728\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u61c9\u529b\u7e96\u7dad\u53ca\u9ecf\u9644\u86cb\u767d (Vinculin) \u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u90e8\uff0c\u4f7f\u524d\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u904b\u52d5\u9010\u6f38\u8b8a\u6162\u3002\u800c VIM \u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u6e1b\u5c11\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u61c9\u529b\u7e96\u7dad\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0e\u81f4 Vinculin \u79fb\u4f4d\u5230\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u9031\u908a\uff0c\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u5feb\u901f\u524d\u9032\u3002\u5728\u524d\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u7f3a\u4e4f VIM \u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u542b\u8f03\u5c11\u7684\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u61c9\u529b\u7e96\u7dad\u548c\u8f03\u591a\u7684 vinculin \u5728\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5927\u5e45\u4fc3\u9032\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u79fb\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5275\u50b7\u7652\u5408\u5be6\u9a57\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u524d\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u7522\u751f\u9010\u6f38\u7522\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u61c9\u529b\u7e96\u7dad\uff0c\u800c VIM \u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u4f7f\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u61c9\u529b\u7e96\u7dad\u660e\u986f\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u79fb\u52d5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u96a8\u8457\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u5f62\u6210\u7d30\u7d72\uff0cVIM \u7684\u8868\u73fe\u4e5f\u6703\u9010\u6f38\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u7d72\u7d50\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u675f\u800c\u7522\u751f\u5f37\u6709\u529b\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3002TGF-\u03b2 \u7684\u523a\u6fc0\u6703\u4fc3\u9032 VIM \u7684\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u800c\u6291\u5236 TGF-B \u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11 VIM \u7684\u7522\u751f\u3002\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u8fa8\u8b58\u548c\u653b\u64ca\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u963b\u65b7 TGF-\u03b2 \u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u6703\u5354\u540c\u589e\u5f3a\u6297 PD-L1 \u6297\u9ad4\u4fc3\u9032\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u6d78\u6f64\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u56e0\u800c EMT-MET \u8f49\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u904b\u4f5c\u6642\u4ea6\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u5236\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u816b\u7624\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n
